JCC Staff had tons of fun as we celebrated our first ever Spirit Week! Departments competed from JCC's main campus to the Workforce Development Center. We had so much fun! Thanks Vic for the great idea of SPIRIT WEEK!

Spring 2009 Staff Development Day

Staff Development Day was held on Monday March 9th, 2009. Eric Schmieder and the Staff Development Day Committee did a wonderful job planning and hosting the day. Vic McCormick and the Social Committee kept us fed with a wonderful breakfast and lunch. There were door prizes galore and we especially enjoyed the presentation by Donna Shumate. Congratulations to Nancy Lewis; winner of the parking spot!

Cupid Delivers

On February 13th, many of us were surprised with Valentine's goodies and a serenade from Cupid. Leslie Isenhour, Vice President of the Staff Association and Chair of our Fund Raising Committee, did a wonderful job with the Valentine's Day Fund Raiser. She and her committee worked many long hours to get sweet treats ready for JCC employees. Our cupid, Shaun Braswell, worked hard as well. Some of his song selections included "Every Rose Has Its Thorn" by Poison, and "At Last" by Etta James. Thank you Shaun for your willingness to support our fund raiser by being Cupid for the day!
